Domenic J. Carnuccio, MA, NCC, LPC

Biography

In 1980 Domenic J. Carnuccio began his transition from working in one of the largest engineering firms in the world to his passion and love in counseling.  Throughout his corporate years, Domenic spent much of his time counseling prison inmates and volunteering his services at Sacred Heart Hospital in Norristown, PA, working in the rehabilitation section.  Enjoying his profession in the aerospace industry, Domenic received  a Professional Recognition Award.  However, he found that his greatest satisfaction came from counseling others.  After much consideration, Domenic took an educational leave from the corporate world and completed his B.A in Social Sciences at the Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio.  He also received a National Collegiate Award in Student Government.  After graduation, Domenic continued his pursuits in counseling and worked in various counseling agencies in Chester County, PA.  Additionally, he was able to explore his passion in medicine through his work at The Chester County Hospital counseling patients in transition. At that time Domenic worked extensively with people of different ethnic origins from all over the world.  He was also the Chairperson of the Chester County Hospital Vision Statement.  Domenic was featured in many articles in the Daily Local News and lead a local radio program about relationships on WCOJ 1420AM.  He earned his masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Immaculata University in PA.  His counseling experience extends over 20 years offering a wealth of knowledge to those who seek his services.
